1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or enrolling in any offering provided by Trivanta, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services (Courses)

Trivanta offers live and recorded training sessions on IT security and digital literacy. Services may include interactive webinars, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.

3. Infoproducts

Infoproducts consist of downloadable materials such as e-books, tutorials, and video libraries related to IT security and digital literacy.

4. Goods

Goods include any physical merchandise sold through trivento.info, such as training kits, branded materials, or hardware devices.

5. Pricing and Payment

All fees are stated in the relevant description and are payable at the time of purchase. Payment methods accepted are indicated at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services (Courses)

Requests for a refund or transfer should be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. To request, send us a notice via telephone or our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 days of approval. Transfers to a future session are available up to 3 days before classes begin. Once a course has commenced, no refund or transfer will be granted.

6.2 Infoproducts

Due to the immediate availability of digital materials, all sales of infoproducts are final. No refunds will be issued once the download has been initiated.

6.3 Goods

If a physical item is defective or incorrect, notify us within 30 days of delivery. You may ship back the item at your expense. Upon receipt of the item, we will send a replacement or issue a refund within 21 days. For other circumstances, please consult our customer service.
